The rain finally eased on Royal Randwick this morning but not before Only Tiger was able to have a gallop on the course proper. Sarge sent out the victorious stayer out over the mile (1600m) and was given a really good gallop. With the ground being on the heavy side, Tiger showed that he handled the going and that he has come through his last start win well.
Only Tiger will now head to either Randwick in the Benchmark 85 over 2400m on June 23rd or will go north to Doomben to contest the Group 3 Tattersall’s Cup over 2200m on June 23rd.
