On what is set to be a big day for the Sargent stable with 10 of our equine team stepping out at the Rosehill Barrier Trials (including some nice 2 year olds having their first public outing), we will also be sending the JSR float down south to the nations capital hoping to put some wins on the board for the team and their connections.

HOME WIN (Snitzel x Flidais) to be ridden by Jean Van Overmeire
The 3 year old colt is coming off the back of a good second placing at his last outing on 27th September at Hawkesbury when beaten less than 3 lengths after being checked in the straight. John will be looking to see the colt show the potential the stable knows he has, if successful with this assignment then he will still be headed for the big grand final of the Victorian Derby for the 3 year olds during the Melbourne Cup Carnival.
Race 8- Slicedtech Benchmark 55 Handicap
MISSILE ATTACK (Smart Missile x Darmore) to be ridden by Jean Van Overmeire
4 year old gelding looking to break his maiden status and came close back in September when pipped on the post at Cessnock. Drawn well in barrier 2 which should give the horse every chance, a possible good place chance at nice odds.
