John has an opportunity to lease a horse hailing from his home land in New Zealand who will be ready to fly across the ditch to Australia and head into our stables in around 2 weeks, therefore opportunities are open should you be interested in joining the thrill of racehorse ownership.
The 3 year old gelding is by Cape Blanco and out of black type Stravinskly mare Pulcinella. The dam was a multiple group winner in New Zealand and her first foal is a winner in Hong Kong. Upon arrival to Australia the horse will be broken in and will go through John’s normal educational process.
Lease Terms & Conditions:
- The lease is 25% rental fee
- $1200 per 5% share buy in
- All trophies on non monetary prizes go to the owner of the horse
- Term of Lease is 3 years
- Owner retaining 20%
- 5% and 10% shares available (larger portions available upon request)
