Melbourne Runners Impress John

As Randwick continues to recover from the massive of racing held over the weekend with quite a large crowd coming out to enjoy quality action on a sunny Spring day to watch Yes Yes Yes take on the older runners and conquered the Everest.

Now the attention turns to a new week and for us, this includes John working the horses that are heading South to represent over the Melbourne Spring Carnival. Cox Plate this weekend will see the racing action come to us from Moonee Valley and Team Sarge will have two runners on the day, both of which worked this morning in front of John putting in a nice piece of work.

Exciting Bullpoint 2 year old ENCOUNTABULL worked over the 1800m on the Kensington track in reverse way of going to get ready for his race debut in the Inglis Banner over the 1000m for $500,000 in prize money. Top jockey James McDonald who has ridden the young colt in work has been quite impressed with him and will take the ride in Melbourne.

As the final preparations are made by John to ensure that the horses going down in the best possible condition we wish all connections associated with all runners the very best (some of which are first time owners!)
