Aesop’s Fable Returns to Form

Yesterday saw the JSR float head up the highway headed for Horse Capital of Australia- Scone, with three runners to represent the team.

Race 3 saw the promising So You Think gelding ALL THINGS notch up another his third second placing in just his 4th career start, ridden by Tom Sherry. He will look to be stepped up in distance at his next start.

Race 4 then saw the talented Foxwedge 3 year old filly, AESOP’S FABLE jump well from an inside gate and settle on the rails behind the leaders staying close enough in the critical stages of the race. With 600m left to run, jockey Keagan Latham peeled her off the fence and put his challenge to the leaders with the filly underneath digging deep and returning to winning form by just under 2 lengths.

John will now look for some more staying 3 year old races for her as he looks to continue progressing her through the grades.

Congratulations to all connections associated with Aesop’s Fable.
